Nopasit Chakpitak, shugaban gidan rediyon Aeronautical Radio na Thailand Co Ltd (Aerothai), ya sanar a ranar 29 ga watan Maris cewa, da zarar kasashen uku suka cimma matsaya kan shirin zirga-zirgar jiragen sama da zai hada kasashen Thailand da Sin ta Laos, za su nemi amincewar hukumar ta ICAO.
