Wanda ya kafa kuma babban jami'in kamfanin AirAsia na Malaysia ya yi watsi da rahotannin baya-bayan nan da ke nuni da cewa yana tunanin yin tayin neman wani kamfanin jirgin sama na Skymark na Japan mai fafutuka.

“Ba a taba ganin irin wannan shara ba. AirAsia ba ta da sha'awar Skymark a Japan. Babu wata tattaunawa da Skymark. Mun mayar da hankali kan sabon kamfanin jirgin sama,” Tony Fernandes ya fada a shafinsa na Twitter.

Mista Fernandes ya bayyana cewa kamfanin nasa na shirin hada kai da babban dillalan kan layi na Japan, Rakuten Inc, da sauran ‘yan kasuwa domin kaddamar da nasa kamfanin jirgin sama mai saukin farashi a kasar – yunkurinsa na biyu na shiga kasuwar Japan.

A cikin wata sanarwa ta daban, AirAsia ta sake nanata martanin Mista Fernandes, yana mai cewa: "Mun yi watsi da hasashe a matsayin wani jita-jita na masana'antu." Skymark ya kuma musanta rahotannin cewa kamfanin na Malaysia ya tuntube shi.

Kamfanin Nikkei Business Daily na Japan ya yi ikirarin cewa AirAsia na tattaunawa da cibiyoyin hada-hadar kudi daban-daban don tattaunawa kan yuwuwar tayin siyan Skymark. Labarin ya sa hannun jari a kamfanin na Japan ya karu da kashi 28 cikin ɗari.

A watan da ya gabata, Skymark ya gargadi masu hannun jari cewa ba za su iya ci gaba da ciniki ba idan har za ta biya haraji ga Airbus sakamakon gaza aiwatar da umarnin da ya yi na jirage A380 superjumbo guda shida. Yarjejeniyar ta fado ne lokacin da kamfanin jirgin ya kasa samar da kudade don fadadawa kuma yanzu ya yi ikirarin cewa Airbus yana ba da “diyya mai yawa”.

Duk da kin amincewar da kamfanin na Japan ya yi na karbe hannun jarin, har yanzu hannun jarin ya tashi, inda ya dauki farashin kowannensu zuwa Y230 (£1.34), ma'ana kamfanin yana da darajar dala miliyan 205 (£122.7 miliyan). Idan da gaske AirAsia ba ta da sha'awar siyan Skymark, sauran kamfanonin jiragen sama na iya tsalle da damar siyan kamfanin, saboda yana da sarari 36 a filin jirgin saman Haneda na Tokyo.

Duk da haka, manazarta Goldman Sachs Kenya Moriuchi ya yi imanin cewa akwai yuwuwar samun karbuwa yayin da Skymark ke da karfin kudi, kamar yadda ka'idoji suka nuna ba za a iya tura filayen jirgin zuwa wani sabon mai kamfanin jirgin saman Japan ba.

"Muddin akwai rashin tabbas kan yadda za a rarraba wa] annan wuraren, yana da wuya a yi tunanin cewa AirAsia za ta shawo kan wannan," in ji shi.
