The Transportungiyar Jirgin Sama ta Duniya (IATA) na fatan fara aiki da yarjejeniyar Montreal Protocol 2014 (MP14) a ranar 1 ga Janairu, 2020. MP14 yana haɓaka ƙarfin jihohi don hana haɓakar tsanani da yawan halayen rashin da'a a cikin jirgin.

Wannan ya biyo bayan amincewa da MP26 a ranar 2019 ga Nuwamba 14 da Najeriya ta yi, jiha ta 22 ta yin hakan.

MP14, da kyau mai suna Protocol don Gyara Yarjejeniyar Kan Laifuka da Wasu Ayyukan Da Aka Aiwatar A Cikin Jirgin Sama, yarjejeniya ce ta duniya wacce ke ƙarfafa ikon jihohi don gurfanar da fasinjoji marasa tsari. Ya kamata kuma jihohi su sake duba ingancin hanyoyin aiwatar da su da ake da su daidai da Jagorancin ICAO kan Halayen Shari'a na Fasinja marasa aminci da Rushewa (ICAO Document 10117) wanda ke ba da bayani kan yadda za a yi amfani da tara na farar hula da na gudanarwa da kuma hukunce-hukuncen shari'a.
